Our Intentions Shape Our World

Our intentions are important parts of our psyche…

As human beings , we are constantly engaged with our environment. And everything in it – people, things, places, smells, sights, feels…where does it all go?

It goes to your BRAIN. And what does the Brain do with all this information?

It Processes..kind of like Computers. Takes raw data, and ‘makes sense’ of it all.

Now it’s this ‘making sense’ that needs the most attention. Mostly how we perceive what we see, hear, and feel. And the integrity of our thoughts.

Perception Is Everything. It’s True. You Are What You Think You Are… Others Are Not Always What You Think They Are..

Perception Is Everything because it’s through perception which is linked to intention we ‘make sense’ of the world. How are you ‘making sense’ of the world, the environment, people, places, things..

To ‘make sense’ , everything has to fit somewhere. Our minds like order – this fits here, that fits there. Then the hierarchy comes into play; it is this divided way of ‘making sense’ that requires transformation. Allowing your own freedom of being, as well as another.  That is the main shift upon a spiritual awakening.. that order gets shaken up..and gets reprogrammed through the Heart, which is undivided upon it’s spiritual return, who’s intention is always pure.

But you don’t have to have a spiritual awakening to learn to trust your true heart, to be aware of your thoughts, actions, feelings and words spoken..

Rise up with Intention. What do you intend to bring to the world? Personal Accountability is the fastest way to know where one’s intentions and integrity stands..

Let us keep INTEGRITY in our MINDS and our HEARTS. Truth is a vibration. Integrity is being guided by that internal vibration that shows us truth.

Intentions set the path for present and future thoughts, actions, perceptions…

Guard your Intentions..in Love, Understanding, and Truth. We Reap What It Is We Sow

Love Beyond Boundaries

readlovelive

It’s the month of love! Though romantic love is mainly the focus for atleast 14 days of the month, there is more that we can do besides show some extra love to our partner and eat chocolate with them.
For the rest of the month of February, I challenge us all to love beyond our boundaries. What does this mean?

It means to show love in ways that you have never done before, in ways that you only thought about but then backed away from the idea because it seemed ‘too much’ . Let me just tell you, that there is no such thing as ‘too much’ , and if you are prompted to feed the homeless, give back through a charity, give a helping hand, etc regardless of what others might say, and regardless of who you are helping. Your Love matters. And the Love that you share and want to share with others matters.  You never know what the kind deed that you’ve done can do for someone. It can save a life.

So for this month of February. Be Love. Show Love. Speak Love. Act with Love. To every human, animal, and thing.

Here are some tips to help you along!

  1. Love Your Self.
If we can not show love to ourselves, it will be harder for us to reach out and be vulnerable.
Become comfortable with showing your own self – mind, body and soul – love, by following your heart and giving yourself what you need when you need it. Giving this kind of attention to your self will make you feel better and you will naturally want to share the Love with others!
  2. Be Still.
In the quiet, we hear the voice of Spirit, the All Loving Source that blows breath in our body and encourages us live authentic. In the stillness you will find a clear mind, a clean and open heart, and a peace filled soul. Walking in and with the presence of Spirit, we are always encouraged to be Love Unconditional.
  3. Do some Yoga!
As a practicing yogini and experienced yoga teacher – I speak from experience when I say do yoga. Because yoga connects us to the deeper parts of ourselves that we are aware or unaware of, every time you practice you will feel different. Every time you practice you will feel more in tune with who you really are! And all that love won’t stay bottled up!..you will want to get up , go out and do something good for others. The best poses to add to your routine to help Open Your Heart are : Ustrasana (Camel Pose), Urdhva Dhanurasana ( Wheel Pose) , & Natarajasana ( Dancer Pose)
  4. Random Acts Of KindnessThis is perhaps the one that seems most easiest..but here is the twist. I challenge you to step outside your comfort zone. Every day keep an eye out for the chance to help someone you don’t know. And don’t just give the man on the side of the street a dollar..let the random act of kindness find you.
It is those moments that just show up – and give you the opportunity to help someone. Usually we shy away from this, but I am asking you to feel the fear and do it anyway. The fear will subside and turn into compassion and unconditional love.

Take the Love Beyond Boundaries challenge and start sharing & spreading love beyond your usual circle. Be inspired to share love to the world as I am doing by sharing these tips with you right now 🙂

The Power Of Rei-Ki

Rei-Ki is the universal life force energy that roams through everything.

So how does it become an agent of healing?
Because Rei-Ki is inherent to every person, animal and thing – we are already connected to it and simply need a reminder of its presence through the activation that a Rei-Ki practitioner or teacher provides.

My personal story with Rei-Ki is as follows..
Since I was a little girl, I was inclined to Rei-Ki. I would gently rest my hands on my dogs and cats, and on plants & trees in the garden giving and receiving energy. Little did I know that I was grooming my natural skill/gift of healing.
I have always been very attuned to the sounds and movements of nature and the simple yet mysterious undertones that exist – the ones that are easy to miss with the hustle and bustle of day-to-day activity.. But I noticed them from a young age and still do listen for the silent messages they bring.  NurturePhoneWallpaper_NicolePiar
My most recent personal healing encounters have been with my cat, Chester, and my foot, which I sprained in the summer of 2014.
My cat’s story is a bit more magical than mine. Chester, my house cat that thought he was a wild lion, jumped from kitchen counter and knocked one of his hind legs out of socket – leaving him in excruciating pain. I carried him to the vet, and they did a small surgery on the leg and then he was released. Mandated to rest and heal.
Every evening for about three weeks, I gave Chester the medicine prescribed by the veterinarian but also I hovered my hands over his leg to administer Rei-Ki to him as well.
He started feeling better after a week and a half, but the leg was still in need of healing.

One day, we sat on the porch taking in the breeze. I noticed him moving the leg to find a comfortable position, once he found his position and lay his head to rest; I went to work. I administered Rei-Ki for about 20 minutes that evening on Chester’s leg, then I went into my own meditation still sending healing vibrations to his leg.
When it was time to go inside, he easily got up and walked without a limp into the apartment! I was so amazed and happy, tears streamed down my eyes. My kitty was healed!   I continued administering the Rei-Ki every evening for about a week and Chester was good as new! Back to ‘wild lion’ mode, running outside and climbing trees, I was simply amazed. This encounter proved to me that Rei-Ki was very real and that our intentions are everything! Though I decided to move and had to give Chester up, I am so happy we crossed paths and I was able to help him heal, and also prove to myself that Rei-Ki is real and can be administered to not only humans, but animals and plants as well.reikihands

This next Rei-Ki story, involved no prescription medicines at all. With only Rei-Ki and yoga, I healed a majorly sprained foot.
At a party with my cousin, on a warm summer night in 2014, I sprained my foot walking down steps as we got ready to leave. Thank goodness it was at the end of night, I wouldn’t have wanted to suffer with that foot all through the party.
Once I got home, I elevated my foot and went to sleep.
In the morning, I timidly looked at my foot and felt so sorry for myself. I was in pain, didn’t want pharmacy drugs, and I had work the next day. Thankfully it was not my driving foot so I could get from place to place without much trouble.
Over the next few days, I continued to elevate my foot as much as I could and wrapped the foot to compress the injury. I was also embarking on my yoga teachers’ training  and in the next couple of days I used poses like, Virasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana & Gomukhasana to relieve the pain in my foot, and to realign and strengthen the muscles that were sprained.
About a week after the injury, I was feeling better but not all there and decided to use Rei-Ki to activate and assist with healing. After both Rei-Ki and Yoga for another two weeks, I was healed and back to lightly jogging. After a month, I was wearing my heels again and now almost 2 years after – I haven’t had a single complaint about my fo
ot nor felt any stiffness or pain.

That is the power of Rei-Ki. Again.

From that moment with my cat and then with my foot, I have been an avid Rei-Ki advocate and certified practitioner. As I said before, this energy is something I’ve been aware of since I was a child but it showed me its powerful healing capabilities with the two stories I just shared with you along with many more. I hope you too will be amazed by these stories, and be interested to know what Rei-Ki is all about and maybe even want to have a session of Rei-Ki for yourself.

And the other amazing element about Rei-Ki is that it can be transferred over many distances. So to receive a Rei-Ki session you do not have to physically be in the room with the practitioner. Although I prefer the hands-on session, the distance sessions work just as well as sometimes even better – just depending on how open the client is to the healing being activated and provided.

I hope this is helpful to all those wondering about Rei-Ki, interested in Rei-Ki or thinking of booking a session or even become a Rei-Ki practitioner.

Love, Light & Blessings to all

Defeat The Image

We all have an image. An image that we have of ourselves. An image that people of us and an image that we project to the world around us.

The time has come for these images to be let go and allow for the dawning of the Higher Self.

The Higher Self is the true self. The part of you that is connected to the cosmic, universal unending realms. It is the part of you that knows what is true, for you and in the world around you.

The Higher Self needeth not an image  for it is glaringly and comfortably seated in truth and has no need or want to be anything but it’s expression of that which is true

Drop the ego, drop the image — Embrace the Higher Self ,embrace your magnificence

In this exclusive video below, Dr. Pillai talks about “Defeating The Image” & Becoming/Realizing the God that you truly are.

Live for Loving ~ Love for Living

recite-1tw873h

We are essentially love, and living that unadulterated love is what matters. In the moments that we connect with our truest self and live our truth ~ we connect with the essence of creation within us.

There are various types of love but in essence they all lead to the same thing; an essential, core and root love that is deep and unmoving. IT is also in this way that we are connected to each other. It is how we notice the power of others and the power within ourselves. Sometimes we interpret the power of others as a threat, but it is really an acknowledgement of power within someone – and the only way that you can acknowledge the power within someone is if you have the power within yourself. Like energies attract, regardless of what you been told about opposites attract. Yes, opposites attract because they complement each other but like energies cluster together because they are similiar. SO, yes we are surrounded by like and opposite energy but we are mainly around and engulfed in energies that are similar to us. Look around you. Take time, an open heart and mind, and you will notice that the things around you, the people, and situations ~ they all have an energy that is similar to your inherent vibration.

That vibration is your signature energy that you connect to, that your love and emotions, aspirations and motivations flow from. It is this place that is inherent throughout the universe. It is the place of truth, trueness, transparency, connectivity, livity and love.

We are all that we are ~ We are ONE ~ We are all divine sparks of Great Love

The article below describes the essence of love and how all love is interconnected. Sally goes ahead and breaks down the various types of love into three main categories : Absolute Love, Individual Love, & Sadhana Love – love as a practice . She states that “.. The Great Love, the love that is the kernel of everything, is present in everything, peeking out during every moment in which we feel a spark of tenderness, appreciation, or affection. Any glimmer of love is a spark from that fire and leads us back to it.”  A beautiful rendition of love expressed in words ~  http://www.yogajournal.com/article/lifestyle/what-is-love/
