Staying Covered To Reap The Promise – Sabbath (Shabbat) Thought

In Exodus (Shemoth) 12, we see where the Israel Children of the Most High God were told, by The Most High instruction through Moses (Mosheh), to take a perfect lamb , not only for the honouring of the Passover (Pesach) that The Most High was about to do for them – but the blood of the perfect lamb was to be put on the doorposts and lintel of their houses.
By this, The people of The Most High, God of Israel, were covered by the blood on the door  when our Allmighty Father passed through the deadly plague in Egypt. And later in the chapter in this same time of the Passover , the Children of Israel were readied to walk through the Red Sea by their belief and trust in The God of Israel, El Shaddai, The Allmighty Father – Creator of Heaven and Earth .

As the Children of Israel are spared the wrath of the God of Israel (Yahweh/Yahuah)  that passed through Egypt in the old times; it is this same Most High, God of Heaven and Earth, that will cover all who accept and place the blood of the perfect lamb ,The Son of The Most High, Jesus Christ (  Ha’Mashiah Yahshua ) over their life.
By accepting the life and words and teachings of Jesus Christ , which is the WORD of THE MOST HIGH, God Of Israel, we are covered and protected and redeemed from the Wrath of The Most High Almighty Father that will spring forth in the days of last in retribution for his own Son being slain.

Our Creator, El Shaddai, The Most High God of Israel, does not forsake his people. And being as such, he sent his Son, The Messiah Jesus Christ (Ha’Mashiah Yahshua) that whom ever of us , here in the world, that believes in him – the Messiah – will not perish, but have everlasting life.

In that, All who come to the Messiah Jesus Christ (Ha’Mashiah Yahshua) , come to the Father, and we enter to the Father no other way.  For it is only if we have the mark , the acceptance of and belief in The Messiah (Ha’Mashiah), and by guarding the ways of the Father , that we will see the halls of heaven and be in awe of The Father and The Son greatness in full.

As in the beginning ,so in the end.  (Aleph-Tav) Alpha-Omega.

Yoga Meets Yah

A practitioner of yoga for years, a new walk I have began with Yahuah (Yahweh). Most of us call him God , but when you go deep into a personal get personal on a first name basis . ( I won’t be bothered with the convincing that the Almighty’s name is Yah..just a few moments of research and you can know yourself).

Today I am here to bring us closer to the Great One, Yah, God, El Shaddai . By means of Yoga!  It has been long thought in religious circles that the two can not mix, but as a woman of the word with a continuously growing relationship with Father Yah..he showed me different.

I have been going through rough seas, as we all often do. It is life’s (Yah’s) way of teaching, grooming, and readying us for the next great season of our life.

I had a quiet sabbath as my mind and heart raced with so much! I could not shut them off for soon as sabbath evening came to a close..there were those pesky thoughts, feelings, and whirlwind of emotions..

As I graced this Monday morn, my eyes flew open at 3:29 a.m. and they were at it again. Not able to close my eyes til 6:00 a.m. , I found some sleep. Awakening in an hour and having class to teach at 8 a.m. , I decided I would do my self and my students a favour by using the hour I had to realign my mind, heart and spirit .

I quickly made a fresh fruit salad and then opened the door to the fresh morning air, and took a few deep, longing breaths – my eyes closed into peace. It did not take long for me to find a flow of yoga poses on my bright blue mat. I must have done about 30 minutes of breathing and stretching from pose to pose.

For those interested, I flowed from a standing mountain pose with deep breaths to half forward-fold then into a deep sitting squat ( malasana). From there I flowed into a  full forward-fold as much as I could, and then made my way to downward dog.
A few reps of downward dog to plank to warm my arms, and then unto my knees into the all-fours position for deep flow breathing with cow-cat rotations. Raising up into downward dog again, I made it into pigeon pose on both sides. Giving each side as much as they needed in the pigeon, I then gently made it back to downward dog. Another few rounds of cow-cat, and made my rest in childs pose ( with head resting to the side, giving each side of my neck a stretch).

It is here I was met quietly with the following revelation..
Yoga does nothing but strip away our anxieties, worries, and fears ( all those things that scripture has told us to release – Matt 6: 25 – 33 ). And as the fears, and worries subside, we have much more space and time to spend with Yah. In essence, Yoga draws us away from the physical temporary conditions, and places us in the spiritual eternal expanse where we meet our Abba Yah.

As we focus on our breath in yoga, we find release and peace. Our inner and outer parts refreshed by the personal meeting with what some call the higher self..but what is the higher self if not Abba Yah..the Great One that has created all and created (hu)man in his image and likeness..Mind, Body, Spirit.

For all Yah does is Great. And this practice of yoga is no different. The practice can be used for a mighty variety of is everything in the world. But when combined with the presence of Yah, the beauty unfolds. We do not just relax and refine, but find ourselves in deep (personal) relation with All That Is, Aleph-Tav (Alpha-Omega) , Abba Yah. The One who is, was, and will always BE.

Blessings  ,

Hope you are blessed by the message

Our Intentions Shape Our World

Our intentions are important parts of our psyche…

As human beings , we are constantly engaged with our environment. And everything in it – people, things, places, smells, sights, feels…where does it all go?

It goes to your BRAIN. And what does the Brain do with all this information?

It Processes..kind of like Computers. Takes raw data, and ‘makes sense’ of it all.

Now it’s this ‘making sense’ that needs the most attention. Mostly how we perceive what we see, hear, and feel. And the integrity of our thoughts.

Perception Is Everything. It’s True. You Are What You Think You Are… Others Are Not Always What You Think They Are..

Perception Is Everything because it’s through perception which is linked to intention we ‘make sense’ of the world. How are you ‘making sense’ of the world, the environment, people, places, things..

To ‘make sense’ , everything has to fit somewhere. Our minds like order – this fits here, that fits there. Then the hierarchy comes into play; it is this divided way of ‘making sense’ that requires transformation. Allowing your own freedom of being, as well as another.  That is the main shift upon a spiritual awakening.. that order gets shaken up..and gets reprogrammed through the Heart, which is undivided upon it’s spiritual return, who’s intention is always pure.

But you don’t have to have a spiritual awakening to learn to trust your true heart, to be aware of your thoughts, actions, feelings and words spoken..

Rise up with Intention. What do you intend to bring to the world? Personal Accountability is the fastest way to know where one’s intentions and integrity stands..

Let us keep INTEGRITY in our MINDS and our HEARTS. Truth is a vibration. Integrity is being guided by that internal vibration that shows us truth.

Intentions set the path for present and future thoughts, actions, perceptions…

Guard your Love, Understanding, and Truth. We Reap What It Is We Sow

Resurrection ~ Pesah Reflections

As I sit in reflection through Pesah , I am reminded that we were lead out of the slave land, out in to the wilderness, and never forsaken..

You believe You are UnReedemable..
You are Not..

You believe You have come too far upon your current path to change..
You have Not..

Whenever you are Ready to Resurrect your Self..
You will be welcomed with open arms

Redemption is yours for the accepting..
It is only guilt and shame that the worldly life has taught you, which is holding you..

Let go..Let go.. Martyrdom no longer

Release all that bother you, haunt you, gnaw at you, and provoke you..
Release them all to Almighty, El Shaddai. El, El Elohim
ReVeal Your Self to Father, so he may reveal his presence to You..
Reinstate Your Self with Greatness

Intuition + Emotional Intelligence

We are used to hearing people say, “smart guess!”, or ‘it just came to me’ when talking about a moment of instant knowing or understanding . Well, its not just a smart guess and it didn’t just come to you..It is called Intuition and you were tapping in to it!
All information is swirling around us 24/7. We simply need to build our emotional intelligence , our intuition, so that we can tap into this unseen field that we interact with on a daily basis.

Unless you’ve been under a rock, everyone knows that science has now proven that intuition exists, and that it is super important. It links to the subconscious, the majority of our brain..and it is just as important to exercise our intuitive, subconscious mind as we do our cognitive, intellectual conscious mind.

The standard definition of intuition is ” the natural knowing of something ( an event, a name, a number, etc)”.  This natural knowing usually surfaces when one’s mind just instantly happens across information.  One feels like they can see the chains of events to come, and sometimes events that have passed.
The information that intuition brings, plays out in the entire story received through our feelings.  Intuition cuts through everything that cannot be said or is hard to say/explain. Intuition transcends language , overcomes all spaces. IT is where we can all meet on common ground

This is why emotional intelligence is so very important.

Being able to ‘know’ what someone is feeling,  is the first step to finding solutions that will have exceptional results in our families, homes, businesses, societies and communities, as we cater for ourselves and for others.

As noted earlier, Intuition has been science proven. It is linked to the pineal gland  which is located in the middle of our brain – where the mind and the body meet – regulating several hormones.

I’m going to get a little deep here and give mention to chakras. So chakras are the underlining and literally energy points that bring forward our manifested body.
One of the seven main chakras is connected to our intuition, this intuitive chakra is called Ajna or most usually referred to as the third eye. The third eye has a lens that opens to see behind physical reality*. It is where our mind and our body connect. The body and the mind are constantly collecting and sharing information about our surroundings and the things we feel in and around the body (our surroundings), are interpreted by the (subconscious) mind. Incredible details and understandings come from this mind-body interaction and we receive this lovely information in the form of feelings and ‘natural knowing’ or intuition.  For example, if we are blindfolded and taken to the beach , several body and mind receptors work together and as they collect information, we receive feelings, and other stimuli feedback  that makes us intuitively know that we are at the beach.

Intuition, the pineal gland, is a muscle. The more we use it, the better we become at knowing exactly what our subconscious mind is communicating to us.

And now that we are becoming more conscious of our senses and our mind-body connection. This is one of the main reasons for the rise in yoga, meditation and several wellness practices. We call it ‘wellness’ but it is us trying to connect to and understand the messages coming from our mind-body connection.

This quite evidently the reason for the rise in vegans and vegetarians.  As we become aware of our true self check into how we feel about eating meat…and it does not resonate with the mind-body connection.

So next time you feel your intuition nudge you, follow it. It might be hit and miss at first, but as you trust yourself and the messages you receive from your intuition, you will find that you are more right than wrong

Til a next time,

stay building your emotional intelligence and tuned to your inner-teacher (intuition)

Smooth Transition Rocky Times

We are all waiting for the system to crash and end everything so that we can start afresh again..  and perhaps we will have that. Perhaps not as extreme and chaotic as some may assume or wish..

The past few happenings have shown me and taught us that after seeing just snippets, we can not know the full story. This is what the media has made bucks on. Selling snippets and concealing the full/true story.

Ultimately, this is a learning ground for us all – and we are the ones who decide how it all plays out.. These times call for a great deal of accountability of our thoughts, words and actions.

Through it all, we all want the same thing – to be able to be express all the parts of our self fully and freely. This has been so for few, but now it will turn to be so for the many. And as all comes to the surface, we begin to look at our self and see the solid aspects as well as our fractured aspects   And it is in the healing of the fractured parts of our self , individually and collectively, that we will find healing, forgiveness, respect, honour, reinstatement and peace – combining this with the unity and strength of our solid aspects ..dare I say the future could be a lot brighter than we think.

Don’t let the media tell you what is going on..find out for your self – I like to watch live coverage of things, it gives me a great sense of the truth of situations.

So hold dear to faith and uplift your thoughts. Let us keep positive and have faith in ourselves and each other.

With love-light filled blessings

The Cup , Water & The Sword

We have all heard the grail stories..if you haven’t go check some out. Grail stories usually consists of a few things, the cup – representing the feminine to some degree , and the sword – representing the masculine.
There is a battle that somehow ensues for the sword and the cup, which some refer to as the ‘holy grail’ itself. But I don’t think the cup is the holy grail.
The cup does represent a major aspect in the holy grail’s story because it tells of the tale of the feminine – love and light energy – being overlooked and at times trampled on for the Sword. That we all know or have heard of.( ..if not, go look it up!)

There is a third element that does get mentioned but in side play to the cup and the sword.

Water. Water is the playground of these energies. When there is water resting and aboding, all is well and peaceful – cup and sword in their places. Uplifted and Peaceful times reign. As soon as the water begins to dissipate or retract from the surface of the earth, then we have come upon a dry spell and things are out of balance – the cup and sword go missing, or are at odds with each other or one is found and the other still hidden.
The many stories of the grail all portray these things..but what of the power and value of the WATER.

There would be no need for the Cup, had not there been Water. And hence forth, there would be no need for the Sword to protect the all mighty and powerful Cup.

The Power of Three is rampant in the Grail Stories, one day it will all be told and shown clearly that the SWORD is the BODY – protector of the CUP, our MIND – which fills with thoughts and actions for the  BODY  to materialize.
And the CUP fills with WATER, the SPIRIT, in which all the power and essence is vested.

I believe this is the true message of the Grail Stories..

The Power Of Rei-Ki

Rei-Ki is the universal life force energy that roams through everything.

So how does it become an agent of healing?
Because Rei-Ki is inherent to every person, animal and thing – we are already connected to it and simply need a reminder of its presence through the activation that a Rei-Ki practitioner or teacher provides.

My personal story with Rei-Ki is as follows..
Since I was a little girl, I was inclined to Rei-Ki. I would gently rest my hands on my dogs and cats, and on plants & trees in the garden giving and receiving energy. Little did I know that I was grooming my natural skill/gift of healing.
I have always been very attuned to the sounds and movements of nature and the simple yet mysterious undertones that exist – the ones that are easy to miss with the hustle and bustle of day-to-day activity.. But I noticed them from a young age and still do listen for the silent messages they bring.  NurturePhoneWallpaper_NicolePiar
My most recent personal healing encounters have been with my cat, Chester, and my foot, which I sprained in the summer of 2014.
My cat’s story is a bit more magical than mine. Chester, my house cat that thought he was a wild lion, jumped from kitchen counter and knocked one of his hind legs out of socket – leaving him in excruciating pain. I carried him to the vet, and they did a small surgery on the leg and then he was released. Mandated to rest and heal.
Every evening for about three weeks, I gave Chester the medicine prescribed by the veterinarian but also I hovered my hands over his leg to administer Rei-Ki to him as well.
He started feeling better after a week and a half, but the leg was still in need of healing.

One day, we sat on the porch taking in the breeze. I noticed him moving the leg to find a comfortable position, once he found his position and lay his head to rest; I went to work. I administered Rei-Ki for about 20 minutes that evening on Chester’s leg, then I went into my own meditation still sending healing vibrations to his leg.
When it was time to go inside, he easily got up and walked without a limp into the apartment! I was so amazed and happy, tears streamed down my eyes. My kitty was healed!   I continued administering the Rei-Ki every evening for about a week and Chester was good as new! Back to ‘wild lion’ mode, running outside and climbing trees, I was simply amazed. This encounter proved to me that Rei-Ki was very real and that our intentions are everything! Though I decided to move and had to give Chester up, I am so happy we crossed paths and I was able to help him heal, and also prove to myself that Rei-Ki is real and can be administered to not only humans, but animals and plants as well.reikihands

This next Rei-Ki story, involved no prescription medicines at all. With only Rei-Ki and yoga, I healed a majorly sprained foot.
At a party with my cousin, on a warm summer night in 2014, I sprained my foot walking down steps as we got ready to leave. Thank goodness it was at the end of night, I wouldn’t have wanted to suffer with that foot all through the party.
Once I got home, I elevated my foot and went to sleep.
In the morning, I timidly looked at my foot and felt so sorry for myself. I was in pain, didn’t want pharmacy drugs, and I had work the next day. Thankfully it was not my driving foot so I could get from place to place without much trouble.
Over the next few days, I continued to elevate my foot as much as I could and wrapped the foot to compress the injury. I was also embarking on my yoga teachers’ training  and in the next couple of days I used poses like, Virasana, Adho Mukha Svanasana & Gomukhasana to relieve the pain in my foot, and to realign and strengthen the muscles that were sprained.
About a week after the injury, I was feeling better but not all there and decided to use Rei-Ki to activate and assist with healing. After both Rei-Ki and Yoga for another two weeks, I was healed and back to lightly jogging. After a month, I was wearing my heels again and now almost 2 years after – I haven’t had a single complaint about my fo
ot nor felt any stiffness or pain.

That is the power of Rei-Ki. Again.

From that moment with my cat and then with my foot, I have been an avid Rei-Ki advocate and certified practitioner. As I said before, this energy is something I’ve been aware of since I was a child but it showed me its powerful healing capabilities with the two stories I just shared with you along with many more. I hope you too will be amazed by these stories, and be interested to know what Rei-Ki is all about and maybe even want to have a session of Rei-Ki for yourself.

And the other amazing element about Rei-Ki is that it can be transferred over many distances. So to receive a Rei-Ki session you do not have to physically be in the room with the practitioner. Although I prefer the hands-on session, the distance sessions work just as well as sometimes even better – just depending on how open the client is to the healing being activated and provided.

I hope this is helpful to all those wondering about Rei-Ki, interested in Rei-Ki or thinking of booking a session or even become a Rei-Ki practitioner.

Love, Light & Blessings to all

Healing Pain

Pain, as it ricochets around the body and across the heart,

is a bastard of all things

Pain is shocked at the world and wants nothing but to hide from it all

But pain also brings strength and versatility,

A sense of self and self love as you traverse through this uncharted territory bringing new learnings.

Moments filled with mountains peaked with joy and valleys with the sorrows

Only to peak again to mounts of exuberant joy just where and when you really need it and want it.
The connection to ownership and attachment loosens, and loses it’s appeal.

Sudden introspective overstanding flows in,

Allowing and accepting great wisdom and experience to seep into the pores of the soul ~ A new stance starts to form. One of beauty and love and growth..

the rainbow after the storm is apparent

~~Tips for Being At Peace with Pain ~~

~ Remember what you loved before the pain.
Get back to doing what you love, stuff that you truly enjoy.

~ Breathe!
Might sound funny, but most times when we are experiencing thoughts of sorrow. We aren’t breathing properly!  Next time you catch yourself in a fit or just one of those moments, check in with your breathe.. Yoga Breathing (Ujjayi Pranayama) is the best – deep breathing through the nose, as the air flows in (inflation like a balloon) and out the abdomen (exhalation brings abs flat against the spine).

~ Live, Learn, Grow! No Regrets
This might be the hardest step. Allowing your self to grow and learn. To make mistakes and not feel ashamed and/or guilty. To forgive yourself and forgive others. To love your self and love others unconditionally
